The Service is operated by Abnra and provides access to Australian Business Number (ABN) information sourced from the Australian Business Register (ABR).
2. Description of Service
Abnra provides a search and lookup facility for Australian Business Number registrations. The Service displays information including Australian Business Number (ABN) details, business names and entity types, registration status (Active/Cancelled), Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration status, business location by state and postcode, Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) numbers where applicable, and Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status where applicable. All data is sourced from the Australian Business Register bulk extract dataset and is made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia (CC BY 3.0 AU) licence.
3. Use of Information
Information obtained through this Service is for general informational purposes only. Users agree to use the information in accordance with applicable Australian law, not use the information for unlawful purposes or harassment, not attempt to scrape, harvest, or systematically download data beyond reasonable personal use, and verify critical information through official government sources before relying on it for commercial or legal purposes.
